Hello! My name is Brandon Houston. As the founder and president of Strategic Leap, Training and Consulting LLC., I bring a wealth of experience and expertise in training & development, strategic planning, and program planning, implementation and evaluation to my clients. With a proven track record of success in everything from hotel management to higher education administration, my experience is as diverse as my services. Partnering with Strategic Leap means partnering with a consulting firm that is passionate about collaboration, effectiveness, and data driven decision making.

I started Strategic Leap after the pandemic when I, like many others, took a step back from my career to re-examine my priorities and passions.  Through Strategic Leap I am able to stay connected and engaged with nonprofit work and use my multifaceted experience to help nonprofit entrepreneurs build the capacity of their organizations. My passion for helping others succeed is reinvigorated which each new client. With more than 15 years of experience working with all levels of organizations to plan, implement and evaluate programs I am able to work with a diverse array of individuals.  I am flexible and adjust my style to fit the needs of my clients and partners. 

Based in Indianapolis, IN, I provide services in person (IL, IN, KY, OH) and through video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc).  As I am committed to accessibility, I strive to meet the needs of my clients.  I have a number of partners that I can work with to achieve the goals of your project, should I need additional expertise.  If I’m not the generalist to do it for you, I have a vast network to find someone that can.
